Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. People often recognize me on Instagram, where I chronicle my life from ups to the downs. My parents accompanied my family to America in the year 1990 when I was only one and a half years old. I wouldn't be sharing my story with you today without my parents' efforts to work for their dreams and put up with sacrifices. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. I had a plan to study to graduate, and then get a good job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. I figured that was the ultimate definition of success. life had other plans to show me what success meant. In 2013, I found that I hated going to work at my corporate job. The status and the money didn't not excite me. I believed that I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. The year 2013 was when I discovered my love was exercising. I also loved getting out and about to aid others. On the path towards the new direction of my life, I started to find personal training. My business was founded in 2014. It is my seventh anniversary this year. Within this industry it is not a lot of Asian females. My goal in this industry is to create a more healthy and sustainable life style that is in line with the desires of my clients. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their goals and achieve anything and everything they want to do in their life. As my career began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life to date- the passing of my mom. Her eight-year battle was won. battle with Scleroderma and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my thoughts and my heart all the time. Life really does have the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even if we're not able to comprehend the lesson in the time. The passing of my mother has altered my life in several ways. It is my belief that my death provided me with an opportunity to begin the next chapter. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was time for her to begin her next life and I was given a second chance to live the most happy, joyful and fulfilling life. When I reach my 30's, I feel more alive than I ever have. I can truly say that I am living my life now, rather than just existing like I was in the past. As I tell my story I hope that my words will resonate with yours. It is my wish to aid you in understanding that you're not alone. You have the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. I hope that you enjoy your life to its fullest and to die with no regrets as dying is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
